Would you like to get better at building relationships effectively with others? Then consider doing some work that integrates the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
The ESCI is based on the work of Daniel Goleman and Richard Boyatzis. The survey measures 12 emotional and social competencies that differentiate star performers from the average performers. Over 30 years of research show that for organizations with senior managers who had a critical mass of emotional intelligence capabilities, their divisions outperformed annual earnings goals by 20%.
Complete the ESCI assessment and receive feedback data on yourself and other rater groups if you like (i.e. peer, direct reports, boss, customers. etc.).
Learn how your individual emotions and behavior impact both your performance and that of your team or group.
Debrief your feedback data through personalized joint exploration sessions that integrate your survey data, your goals, aspirations and my feedback.
Sessions may include 'one-to-one,' and phone/Skype discussions that will focus on yourself-awareness, personal objectives and exploration of your impact on others.
