A manager in an international company found herself amidst a merger situation and her department's activities were being combined with another. Her job became redundant and she was in a quandary on how to proceed within or outside the organization.
With the MBTI as a spring board, we engaged in a series of dialogues with the aim of helping her to explore her personality traits and how she related to others.
The sessions helped her to learn more about her personality, thinking and working styles and provided her with a deeper understanding and sense of confidence that allowed her to make better decisions about her work situation.
